Natalie Schock, PhD
Background
I'm a consulting entrepreneur who draws on over 15 years in human capital development and project management. My experience includes independently running mentoring programs at 3 schools, project management for an NYC start-up, classroom teaching, and 6 years in education research. I hold a PhD in education from Johns Hopkins University. Post-doctorate, I worked in research, developing and facilitating trainings for hundreds of frontline workers and supporting large-scale, multimillion-dollar evaluations. As principal and founder of Natalie Schock LLC, I help research, technical, and nonprofit teams improve their leadership, communication, and processes. I also conduct mixed methods evaluations. I'm a proud alum of Teach for America (NYC) and AmeriCorps (Oceanside, CA).
